We develop at distribution level, on parcels where interconnection infrastructure already exists, delivering energized facilities at speed with fully funded, repeatable project economics.
Target sites typically feature proximity to distribution-level substations, three-phase service, and existing fiber paths. Zoning-compatible industrial and commercial parcels with 0.25 to 0.75 acres of usable land on the margins are our primary focus.

Site Screening
Riveredge evaluates power availability, fiber access, zoning compatibility, and acreage. Only high-probability parcels advance. This evaluation is completed at no cost to the landowner.
Preliminary Layout
Within 48 hours of site confirmation, we deliver a conceptual facility layout showing how 1.5 to 9 MW of modular infrastructure fits the parcel. This is a tangible deliverable to kickstart the project, not a sales pitch.
Site Control
We execute a site option only on parcels that pass full screening. Riveredge does not tie up land speculatively. Options are structured with clear timelines, landowner-favorable terms, and defined milestone gates.
Permitting & Interconnection
Riveredge funds and manages all local permitting, zoning approvals, and utility interconnection coordination. No landowner time or expense beyond the option and lease is required.
Modular Deployment
Factory-built modular units are delivered and commissioned on site. Standardized deployment means minimal onsite integration and a repeatable capital stack across sites. Energized and operational in weeks, not years.
Operation & Restoration
Riveredge operates the facility for the full lease term. Landowners receive lease payments from day one, with 3% annual escalation beginning in the second operating year. Full site restoration is contractually guaranteed at term end.
